REFUNDS & RETURNS
BESPOKE / BRIDAL ORDERS
Isabella Longginou creates made to order garments where an initial consultation and multiple fittings throughout the process are required. Please note that an initial deposit is required and is nonrefundable. This is a payment made towards both the preliminary design and work involved.
Failure to inform Isabella Longginou of the correct information or any changes you would like during the production of your order and prior to your final fitting, is not at the fault of Isabella Longginou, and may result in the amendments not being made. Please contact Isabella if you have any concerns.
Please note that any design amendments requested after your final fitting may incur an additional charge. All decisions regarding the final fabric choice are final. Isabella Longginou is not liable in the event of the client changing their mind at the end of the process.
Online Store Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back for a refund within 10 days of receiving it.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
All returned items must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure about the item your are purchasing and require further questions answered.
All returns, refunds, replacements, faulty or incorrect orders are at the discretion of Isabella Longginou. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via a refund to the credit card or PayPal account the purchase was made with, upon the return of the garment. Isabella Longginou reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.
Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
Isabella Longginou cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore recommends a registered and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
